Warranty Policies

Each of our fine jewelry pieces has been carefully crafted to offer the best quality and long-lasting design.

Our warranty exclusively covers aspects related to the manufacturing and assembly of the pieces, with a validity of 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

During this period, any manufacturing defects will be evaluated and, if necessary, repaired at no additional cost.

It is important to note that due to the nature and delicacy of gemstones, we do not offer a warranty on these items. We recommend handling and storing pieces with care to maintain their beauty and ensure longevity.

Terms and conditions

This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter only “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products and services offered through the site. www.NUMMORUM.MX (hereinafter, “WEBSITE”), of which it is the owner NUMMORUM (hereinafter, “OWNER”).
